*
Question #4: How often have you signed a player after only watching their submitted highlight tape?
*
Question #5: How many players have you signed after only seeing them attend one of your ID Camps?

What we tell our players to look for when weighing their options (in no particular order):
Do they have the major that you are interested in?
Do you like the atmosphere of the school?
Do you like the size of the school?
How many players are on the current roster?
How many players are playing your top 2 positions? What class are they?
How many players in their last two recruiting classes?
What is their style of play and primary formation?
Where did their current roster primarily come from? USA? International?
If they came from the United States, what youth league did most of their roster and recruits play? ECNL? MLSNEXT? GA? Other?
Last season, how many freshman played?
Last season, how many redshirts were there?
How many players left in the transfer portal?
How many players entered due to the transfer portal?
Out of the list above, are there any that we missed? Any that should be taken out?
*
Lastly, when it comes to first contact from a player.. what stands out to you the most? Highlight Tape? Introductory Email? Persistency? Also, what is the biggest red flag when it comes to players and how often they may reach out?
*
If you have any other tips/tricks that could benefit our athletes, please don't hesitate to share below!

Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedules to help some of our athletes!
