Jason started his soccer coaching career in Michigan where he was fortunate enough to work with some of the best coaches in the state as well as the best players including capped National Team Players, NCAA National Champions, Youth National Team Captains, and countless college athletes. In 2015, Jason came to Buffalo to work with the Western New York Flash professional women's soccer team that played in the NWSL at the time. Jason realized that the youth soccer scene was behind other states in youth soccer development, and that's when he decided to focus everything on PlayMaker Training.
Ten years later, he's still training private 1on1 sessions, private group trainings, technical training classes, team training, as well as college players. In 2023, PlayMaker Training hosted their first outdoor summer camps. To celebrate his tenth year in Buffalo, he's going all in on bringing the I Hate Soccer podcast to life to help share perspectives of local college soccer athletes, local college coaches, local club coaches, sports performance coaches and more! There is so much information about the youth soccer scene in Western New York and so many stories untold. Jason hopes to build a podcast that focuses on building Buffalo into the next soccer hotbed in the United States.
