PERSON OVER PLAYER
Too often, the focus of coaches are more about the methodologies of player development instead of the individual player themselves. They argue their points as if the players are test tube subjects. Players are so much more than just soccer players. My favorite thing about PlayMaker Training is the relationships I have built with my players. Which is why I started a new video series Person Over Player during the Coronavirus Pandemic of 2020.
